By using rupl ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using rupl.app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using rupl in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

rupl is a content distribution tool that allows users to upload and repost videos across multiple connected social media accounts and platforms. rupl acts solely as a technical intermediary and does not control, review, or take responsibility for the content users choose to distribute.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, repost, or distribute using rupl. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload and distribute any content you submit through rupl.
• Your use of rupl complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of any third-party platforms you connect, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• You will not use rupl to distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts and credentials.

4. Platform Compliance

rupl integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You acknowledge that your use of these platforms through rupl is subject to their respective terms of service. rupl is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts, including suspension or termination, arising from your use of the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use rupl to:

• Distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

rupl offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Service is harmful to rupl or other users. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

rupl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that uploads will always succeed. We are not responsible for any loss of content or failure to upload to third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rupl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or account suspension by third-party platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of rupl after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
